If it's no trouble, could you tell me how many you have?jdemichele wrote:Yeah, I think the backs actually cover that part, so they're not sticking out much at all. The deluxe versions are double sided, and I went with them to get the most bang for the buck(s).
Maybe I'm just too lazy to count my ship cards.

Let's see...I've gotten KB, RB, KA, RA, TA, BA, DK, and Boosters 1-21 and 0 so far. I've also printed and laminated one each of the Middle Years ships from Briefing #2, and a few from the Communique. A rough estimate would be that I've used a little more than half of the 100 Rabco deluxe sheets. I have a spreadsheet where I keep an exact count, but I don't have it handy at the moment. I can check when I get home from work today.ElizabethB wrote:If it's no trouble, could you tell me how many you have?jdemichele wrote:Yeah, I think the backs actually cover that part, so they're not sticking out much at all. I'm a musician! Or at least I was, but I'm out of practice.djdood wrote:Some musicians I've known would complain about a $400 road case, to protect a $10,000 instrument.
It's hard to spend money on "storage", but it really does pay for itself in avoided damage and replacement.
I'm going to order them. I really have no other option, I can't keep them loose because they are a huge liability as they are.
Edit: And I ordered 100 MC50 Deluxe. That may be more than I need but I'm sure I could justify making and laminating copies of the Middle Years ships.

Thanks for this - I missed it earlier.jdemichele wrote:So, I have 348 ship cards, so far. The double-sized cards (10) are in full-sized sheet protectors.
Since I can fit about 5 cards per pocket and thus 20 cards per page (at least according to people's reports in this thread) it should take about 70 pages?
I mean there's probably going to be some variation if I organize by hull.
I have so many full-sized sheet protectors because of SFB and B5Wars, at least.

im thinking of the Rabco idea also...
the main reason is that the battleships can fit in standard sheet protectors along with the smaller ones in the same binder...
they have deluxe protectors which have two pockets on front and two pockets on back which mean four ship classes per page can be held...
i think that this might be the most cost effective way for me to store the ship cards.
although the shipping costs to get those to me are a bit high
