Not as many as I would like.
My mom had a minor stroke two weeks ago and just got released from the hospital Friday evening.

I've spent most everynight spending time at the hospital with her.
Had a session on Sunday, but I've not yet gotten it written up.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope everything works out well for your mom. :)

Quick question for the playtesters. Can you perform a special action the turn before when you want to fire plasma torpedoes?

You can perform 1 special action per turn. This does not impact on the reloading of plasma torps.

Good to know they're not like photon torps.

Photon torpedoes are reload trait like plasma's. This means that they cannot be used the turn after they have fired.

The difference is that Plasmas are Seeking weapons and automatically hit but can be reduced by defenses (Evasion, Phasers) and the damage comes straight off shields first.

Photon's have to hit rolls, can be overloaded at short range (6") to Multihit 8 per AD and can on a 6 ignore Shields. Overloaded Photon's are nasty close up.

Recent Changes document from Mongoose, which is all Urdu to me.

Clarified defensive fire while cloaking/cloaked (you can't).
Suicide shuttles now have Accurate +2 trait.
You can only select max. 6" move for power drain if you don't have a penalty to movement.
Intensify Defensive Fire now needs a CQ 8 check.
Any weapon except a plasma torpedo can now split fire (useful for photons as you no longer need to fire them all at once, thus maintaining a constant barrage).
Weird situation added whereby players are now stopped from disengaging cloaks without the cloak being engaged in the first place (and thus gaining a free move).
Slow trait added for freighters and the like.
Dust clouds now grant a blanket Stealth trait.
If you attack an Immobile target, you now gain a +1 bonus to hit.
Federation New Heavy Cruiser changed to 180 points (not worth 10 points more than the classic).

I think a previous change removed the phaser-3 from shuttles, eliminating the "flying cloud defense" plan.

Steve, I have an Urdu to English dictionary, if you need to borrow it.

And yes, P-3s removed from shuttlecraft by earlier change.

Wait a minute. I thought the Intensify Defensive Fire was no longer a special action since you could fire phasers in any mix of offensive and defensive modes that you wanted. :?

Normally a ship can only use its own Phasers / Drones in defense of itself.
Intensify Defensive Fire means you can lend your Phasers / Drones to another ships defenses. It stays as a Special Action.
