Web Caster: In recent game we used a Neo-Tholian with a Web Caster. It was very effective in dropping a row of web in front of the opposition's ships. It acted like "range 25 tractor beam" pinning a ship and allowing others to wreak havoc. (The scenario was a "Battleship Furball" with 8 battleships on the table, 4 per side, with the empires randomly assigned.). It was rather dominating in the scenario. We are considering a 'houserule' to have the web become active on the turn after it is placed. Were we using the Web Caster correctly? Are we overreacting with the 'houserule'?
