Having trouble getting connected
Tried to Log On to FedCom Online today.
1.) It re-installs every time I try to use it. No shortcut shows up anywhere I can find.
2.) When I do finally get to log in, there's nothing allowing me to click on 'Demo'.
3.) Sebastian380 set up a game room and I can see it, but it won't let me connect to it.
4.) When I try to make a game room of my own, it never gives me an option to give it a name, and doesn't create it.
I'm registered as Captain_Nebula_Demo. And I'm thinking that might be the problem. I don't think I should have registered.

If the program reinstalls every time you try to use it, there may be an issue with how it was installed initially. You might want to check if it's running from a temporary directory or if there are permissions preventing it from saving changes.Captain Nebula wrote:I'm not sure who to ask on this board who works with the FCOL program. Does anyone have a recommendation of who to ask?

Re: Having trouble getting connected
There is no "Demo" checkbox any more. You will need to register an account to login to the server. Registering costs nothing except sharing your name and an Email address.
When you say it re-installs every time you run it. Are you sure that you are running the SFU Online Client and not the installer (i.e. the download from the website)?
