Plasma - D rules?

Ive got Klingon Border and Romulan Space but cant find the rules anywhere for Plasma D's.

If anyone can point me at the right place that would be great.

The Rule is (4J5) but I have the Reference Rulebook,
so can't say exactly where it initially appeared --

It's not in Romulan Border

Romulan attack had the rules in initially, can't remember whether they have changed in any way since.

Other wise the latest rule book.

Now that I got home and could check my Klingon Border Rev 5 Rulebook, I can see that the Pl-D rules should be in it. Given that they are apparently not, that means you have a rulebook older than Rev 5. One option is to just buy the Reference Rulebook for $15, and it not only gives you the Pl-D rules, but *all* of the rules, so you can use all of the ships in Commanders' Circle. Or, you could send an email to sales @ starfleetgames . com and nicely ask what your options are to "upgrade" your Klingon Border Rulebook to the latest Rev.

I ended up picking up the rulebook from e23

$15 for one page of rules

The rest will come in as we move forward so im happy

On a secondry note thanks to all those that took part in getting my access back on the forums

The best $15 I have spent on Federation Commander so far.
