Ship Classes

I have a question. On the A Call to Arms Starfleet website, they apply names to the various classes of starships. For example, the Federation-class dreadnought, and so forth. I was wondering if there is a comprehensive listing out there for the various factions?

It's not entirely up to date, but nearly so

Usually the first ship in the list for a given class is the class name ship, but (somewhat confusingly) not always. For example, the Fed DN is 'Federation' class, the (old) Destroyer is 'Saladin' class, but the Battleship is 'Mars' class.
