New Player

Post by Kale »

Hello All;

Just a quick question here;

I am a older SFB player and I stumbled across SFBOL quite by accident and I am wondering if there are enough players to make paying for an account worth it.

I would like to average a game a week give or take.

thanks!

Depends what you are looking to play.

There are often quite a few SFB players on it, so I doubt you'd have much problem arranging something if you asked some of them.

There are very seldom any FC players on it, you would probably need to arrange something via the forums, you might be able to get a game a week - I try to get a game a week, but most player are US based and the time difference makes it hard as I'm UK based.

darn, not many FC players online eh?

I live in a semi-rural area, and the nearest tabletop FC game is over 30 miles away and fairly erratic at that (like once every 3 months.) I was hoping the Online might provide some respite.

I don't dislike SFB, its just more than I want to deal with these days.
If you are local to the Kitsap, Jefferson, Peirce, Thurston or Mason County area in Western, WA state, feel free to PM me about getting a SFB/FC group going.

Most of us plan out (offline via email) when we'll meet on FCOL to get a game in...
Plus don't forget that the next FCOL tourney will start in January 2012.

Indeed. I don't hang out on the FCOL client, but am available for games from time to time. Just shoot me an email to set something up.
