Two Questions...
Two questions I can't seem to find the answer for:
1.) Is there a larger printable hex map (say 4' x 4') that I can take to Kinkos and have them print and laminate?
2.) Is there a 'cheat sheet' for turns and combat? Or at least a checklist to keep track of which step you're on during the turn?

1) no -- but there's several manufactored large maps out there ---
-- May be players that developed one for their own use --
2) no/yes -- not in a format I believe your referring to (probably excel type charts individuals have developed for their use) ---
-- Klingon/Romulan Border has a Player Reference Card with
Sequence play on one side and Weapons/ Damage charts
on the other (laminated so you can mark it just like Ship Cards)--

1) You can use the SFB map available on the ADB website:
http://www.starfleetgames.com/sfb/sfin/ ... mbered.pdf
2) You can use the Thomas Impulse Tracking System available as spare parts from Orion Attack:

The map included in the SFB Module W is a two-part map with the larger 1.25 " hexes. When assembled and placed on the table, it forms a playing surface that's 4 feet across and about 3 1/2 feet across.
Module W can be found here: Module W
And I have to put in a shameless plug for the use of the Thomas Impulse Tracking System, too!

Well we had thought about naming it Tony's Impluse Tracking System, but we felt there were possiblilties of mistaking it for some other Tony. So, when we were developing it, and since Tony Thomas had done 99% of the work on it, we started using Thomas Impulse Tracking System. We have used it so long that it is just second nature...

Those are the SFB Impulse cards which are still available in Module A+.bolenbr wrote:cool I had similar cards to the thomas system for SFB. (I think) perhaps Orions Attack should be my next expansion to buy.

You can order the cards as spare parts here:
http://store.starfleetstore.com/merchan ... ode=FCOASP
If you have Orion Attack (Item 4106) you should have these in there. They are perforated cardstock. You can get them laminated if you wish.
