Hey guys, it's Adam Turner
I have a question. This is directed at SVC, or any moderator or authority in charge of this board.
I want to post a gallery of various ship models I've made and whatnot. Is that ok? I don't plan on posting any covers or anything, just images I made in my spare time with a lot of the same models.

Yes and I am in Olympia, I get up to Game Martix at least twice a month.
Chris has the the most SFB/FC products in the area.
Depending on what you are looking for the best game store in Seattle is American Eagles on Lake City Way. I used to buy all sorts of SFB minis there back when it was in Ballard.

Actually, the American Eagles store in Lake City got out of gaming a few years ago (they sold all their old stock to Wonderworld in Burien, which is now gone and web-only). They are pretty much strictly models and other hobby stuff now (especially since the big model train store moved into their basement).
There really isn't anyplace as good as Game Matrix north of, well Tacoma...
Gary's Games and Hobbies in Greenwood carries FedCom and other SFU stuff, but not the minis.
I've only been down to Game Matrix once and left impressed (and poorer).
I continue to be jealous of you guys.. I've never seen a store that had *everything* in stock like that before. My wife says she'll take me down there once a year for my birthday

Although I did not look when I was there in April, I thought that they still had the rules and supplements for SFB. Well I know this forum is only supposed to be for FC and SFB but there is a bunch of other kinds of games and minis there. You are very correct in that they are not the same store that they were 10 or 15 years ago in regards to gaming. The Eagles Tacoma store closed last year, when the owner retired. I did score some good stuff at some great prices.
I got that story from the manager when I asked why they didn't have anything recent from SFB (this is a year or two before FedCom came out). I had been buying back-issues of Captain's Log from their racks and couldn't find any of the new ones. Kind of sad, but their loss - considering the success of FedCom.
