low toner shipcards

Svc, is this something new or just a test to see who would be interested and how well it looks.

for those who have not seen them yet the feds,klink, and roms have a couple of "low toner shipcards" that appear to be a cross between "SFB ssd's and FC shipcards". they can be found in the resources section in the corresponding shipcard files.

Scott Johnson does those and bombards me with them and I send them to Joel to upload so he won't keep bugging me for something to do.

Whatever Scott sends me, I send to Joel. They looked like something that some players would want.
