Which ships are included in Romulan space with their weapons and energy.

For the smart-aleck answer:
All of the ships in Romulan Space include weapons and energy

But for a factual response:
Go to the Commanders Circle and check out the Master Ship Chart

It lists all of the ships in the game, their point values at each scale, what the ship card number is, and the set / expansion it was produced in. This will tel you the ships in Romulan Border (which are also the ships in Romulan Space).

As for weapons:
The Romulan and the Gorn ships are armed with Plasma Torpedoes (Types R, S, and F - depending on the size of the ship), Phaser 1's, Phaser 2's, an Phaser-3's.
The Federation ships are armed with Photon Torpedoes, Plasma Torpedoes, Drone Racks, and Phasers-1, 2, and 3.

As for energy:
That's a lot of ships, so you can make an assumption that the Warp/Impulse power will be close to that of the ships of the same size class from Klingon Border...

The Feds have PH 2's. I thought they were only used by the Klingons.

That's a typo. Other than Auxilliary ships, Fed's are always Ph-1's & 3's.

Do Auxiliary Ships have PH2's?

And do any races other than Klingons regularly use them.

Some aux ships use phaser-2. So do the Lyrans and Hydrans. Orions CAN but why would they want to? Some Romulan KRs never upgraded the original Klingon phaser-2s.

I thought PH 1 or G were the options. I thought the Orions couldn't take a Phasor 2. Although, even if they could, why would they want to?

Generally, they wouldn't - but it might be a part of a campaign game where they are salvaging usable parts from a derelict Klingon ship and can only get Phaser-2... or they may have phaser-2's due to specific scenario limitations...

But normally acording to the normal rules, they can't take Phaser 2's can they?

Oh, they CAN... but as they require the same amount of power as a Ph-1 and have inferior performance, no one really wants to take them. In SFB, you got a small (0.25 BPV) discount on the ship by taking Ph-2's instead of Ph-1's, but this is such a slight thing that I never saw an Orion player use them in SFB either.

In the Version 4 rulebook, it says "Phaser-1 or Phaser-G..."...

Rule (5L1) in Orion Attack, and again in the CRUL, and once more for good measure in Rev 5 rulebook, and in the Refernce Rule Book allows for the selection of a Phaser-2 (and even gives a deduction to point values for taking a Phaser-2)

And how much is that?

Thanks. I only have KB (Though I have Version 4 Rulebook) so according to the rules I have the Pirates can't take a PH 2. Thanks for clarifying.

In the draft version of hte Reference Rulebook, it was 1/2 point for each Phaser-2. My copy of the Final Version hasn't arrived yet, so I do not know if the value has changed.

Is there a further reduction for a PH 3? Or are they simply unable to be taken.
