Comparing any race to the Federation is a bad idea, the Feds will always have more because they are what sells. Klingons are widely represented via communique and have one of the best selections of ships available.

But that is not the way the rules read. You announce you are firing you PH3, and then I tell you to go ahead, then you right before you fire (roll), I change my mind and fire something.

I don't think there's a "change my mind" step. At the point you said "go ahead", you abrogated your 'me-too ...

If (and at this stage it is an *if*) the other empires are going to get a choice of drone and torpedo armed fighters, I'd want the Hydrans to get Stinger-Hs as well.

I'd bet they'd have to be limited as in SFB, but it would be nice.... :wink:
