Yeah - fun for the players with the improving intelligence. Won't you find that players will make their fight/flight decision when they see what they are actually fighting, or do you trap them on the board for a few turns? :twisted:

Myself and a couple of friends have just begun playtesting a set of light flexible campaign rules for FC. (Inspired by SFB campaigns we played 20 years ago, and the campaigns chronicled here by other groups.)

In a quick little scenario last night we had a situation come up that the solution to wasn't clear in the rules (that we could find on a quick search).
If a ship loses its power or takes power damage, what effect does that have on movement during the current turn?

Directed Fire and Burn Through
As long as you declair that you are intending to hit weapons or power before rolling to hit, does burn through still use that set of rules or does it become random.

What the good capt was attempting with the multiple tractors was to trick the other player into paying for negative tractor against all the tractoring ships so he wouldn't have power for weapons or other actions.
That only works against people afraid to go to their afterlife, not Klingon warriors ...
