Federation Commander

I'm looking to play the scenario in Communique 135, but I can't find the Fed Commando Frigate anywhere. Can someone give me a pointer?

Just received CL52, and looking to try out the Ground Combat rules!

I believe you can find it in Communique 136.

All of the HFs are in the commander's circle.
