Exactly which races are in the 1.2 deluxe book?

I'm trying to order minis in anticipation of my order of the book but I heard only "some" races are in the first book and of them only certain ships.
Which races are excluded from the book?
I'm hoping to order some Gorn, Kzinti, Tholians, and Klingons but worried they are not covered in the book. It seems books take YEARS and YEARS to come out so I'm not getting my hopes up for Book 2... Book 3 and 4 I'm sure might take another 2 decades.

All of those races are in Book 1.2, with varying ships for each. The ships are:

ORION: LR, CR, SAL
CIVILIAN: F-S, F-L, FT, APT, AC, F-J, F-H, PT
BASES: MB, BATS
Really looking forward to Book 2 - even bought my first Shapeways products and am painting some Tholians in anticipation!

Actually, Book 2 has been in ADB's hands since late August / Early September.
Health issues then computer issues delayed it, but it is back on track for a release very soon. Hopefully still by the end of Q1, 2018.
We've not let any grass grow under our feet though. We started work on Book 3 in September 2017 and it is well along. I'm hoping for a late Q418 release on it.

Given that it is Feb 15th, I cannot promise book 2 by 31 March. Jean wants me to do CL53 first.

Yes.
Full and complete rules for Tholian webs will be in Book 2.
I managed to distill them down to about 4.5 to 5 pages... but everything is there:
Linear Webs
Globular Webs
Cast Webs
Laying Webs
Reinforcing Webs
Web Deterioration
Extending Webs
Web Fists
Web Snares
Web Breakers
Even simplified rules for using scenarios with webs in a preset, pre-paid, pre-established pattern (for those who do not want to bother with laying / reinforcing webs).Especially since most ACTASF games only last 4 or so turns.
You just can't lay a lot of high-strength webs in just 4 turns
