Federation Commander

For some reason I thought Tholians could only fire phasers through 1 web hex. After reading the rules today, I noticed the rules say that Tholians can fire phasers through web hexes. It doesn't mention a limit on the number of web hexes that can be fired through.

Not sure where I got the idea from, but could you verify that Tholians can fire their phasers through any number of web hexes? Thx.

In SFB, Tholian phasers could fire through web, but would have their effect reduced because of it. I am not gonna check to see if there was a limit of a single strand when doing so. (I don't think so.) That may have been what you were thinking of.

In Federation Commander, Tholian phasers can fire through any number of web hexes with no reduction in effect. So, when attacking a star base, those Ph-4s are gonna leave marks.

That is what I was thinking of. Sometimes those SFBism's stick around and get corrupted into something new.
