Convention Game (Denver CO) - Genghis Con 15 Feb 2014

I will be running a Federation Commander game using 2400 miniatures at Ghenghis Con on Saturday 15 Feb from 7-11PM. Game will be in the miniatures area (instead of the board game area).

Event Description
The Poloki Incident
Following the Treaty of Smarba, Klingon freighters were routinely seen transiting the neutral zone to Romulan space. Many would transit exceedingly close to the Federation and Tholian borders with active sensors, leading to ongoing accusations of spying. The Klingons would respond that they were merely exercising their rights under freedom of navigation treaties. Things came to a head when the freighter Poloki suffered catastrophic engine failure and exploded, scattering debris in an asteroid field. Klingon and Romulan border forces responded to 'recover' the crew and cargo. Federation forces responded to 'aid in the rescue attempt.' The local Tholian patrol arrived to recover 'proof of the spying.' Things quickly exploded when recovery operations started and accusations flew about spying, theft and attempts to cover up what the freighter was doing.
