LDR point values

What is the official rule for the LDR points? There is what is listed on the cards and then there is a note in one communique suggesting they are increased. Did the communique note ever become official and is it in the RRB6 (I could not find it)?

No LDR ship, other than the squadron scale LDR CA, has had its point value officially changed. The squadron scale LDR CA has a point value of 151 (not 140).
The note in the Communique was a guideline and suggestion on how to adjust the point value of the LDR ships if your group or experience showed them to be too powerful. But none of that was ever intended to be an official change; merely a mechanism on how to handle issues that arose locally.
For any tournament considerations, it is up to Mike Filsinger and Steve to determine if adjustments need to be made for the LDR.
