Will the purchasable Reference Rulebook be updated (at some point in the indeterminate future - not asking for a firm date here) to include the rules from Hydran Attack and War And Peace?

Probably not for two or maybe three years.

Then putting off purchasing the current version isn't a good short-term strategy for me. Off to balance the checkbook... and thanks for the response!
