F5 disruptor-range restriction note.

There is no disruptor range restriction note on my Fleet-Scale F5 Frigate, (card 8). The correct range restriction note (4D1d) is on the Squadron-Scale side. This is from the Klingon Border set, however the revised ship card in communique 19 has it the same way. I just thought I would pass that on.
