Wasn't the point system changed in the 5th Edition rules to add the starting point difference adder?
I doubt anyone went back to make sure the change worked with all of the older scenarios including this one.

Jim, I think it's been in there since the beginning. The FC victory rules seem to be based on the SFB rules which have such a clause.
In any case, if there will ever be a Reference Scenario Book this scenario will need to be revised for that.

This thing is evidently a work-in-progress like SFB was in the 80's.

Mike: to an extent. X-Ray originally appeared in Romulan Border, which is one of the oldest FC products.

I played this scenario today, and afterwards we realized just how slanted this was to the Romulans because of the point system, and I came to see if we had messed something up. I am glad we were not the only one who found some issues with this scenario.
I know that the last post in this thread was over two years ago, so was a revised version of the scenario ever released?
