I don't know for sure what we're going to do in FCWP yet.
The 1/2 inch countersheets are never full (not in recent products anyway), so we could indeed quite easily provide some counters for Frax, OGR, and others. Not sure about the one inch counters, and the time we did some random half inch counters to fill space without providing one inch counters, people were so annoyed that when we finally had space to do the one inch counters, we had to do the half inch counters all over again. I don't think we'll have spare one-inch counters in FCWP.

I would also suggest the federation scout and the DD the loilpop has a ship card in captains log
