Maybe the Rev-5 rulebook should add another sentence to reinforce the fact that phaser hits are non-directional (specifically to short-circuit the SFB thinking).

Nah...waste of space, and it will confuse the non-SFB guys. Plus it will set a precedence for spelling out every difference between SFB and FC.

There's lots of statements like that in the existing book "hexes have nothing to do with witchcraft...", but I'll agree it is indeed redundant.
