Unfortunately I've promised myself that I won't paint any of the Fleet Box until after my oral exam, so some of the decals will have to stay in the paintbox for the time being...

Very cool, Jim. It's pretty neat to see something that was on my laptop less than two weeks ago already in-use (and applied so well).
Do I detect a faint "rust ring" weathering on the forward upper saucer? Nice touch!

That's an incredible looking ship, Jim... are the fore part of the nacelles silver with a red ink wash or something like that over them? It looks very effective, and I may have to steal the idea at some point

Thank you! The domes are base coat Model Master Brass, with thinned Tamiya Clear Red overcoat.
