Yes though most Lost Planets are indeed male that is not the single deciding factor in the planet become lost in the first place. Some scientest, though not very creditable ones, believe that planets which have a lighter shade of color, than most other planets, also have a higher precentage of becoming lost.

So far that theory has mostly been dismissed as a urban ledgen...

And lastly, its seems that you were generating your F & E Hex 0203 results randomly, are there any entries on the table that you were (rolling on?) that did not produce a result from the table at all?
