How often are new editions released?
When was the current edition, I believe it is currently 6, released?
The current edition is 6b.
In another thread, either SVC or Jean antipated a new "edition" sometime around 2014.

As an aside, I have a Kobo Reader rather than a Kindle. Just like with the Kindle, the PDF version of the Reference Rulebook is rendered very clear and readable on the Kobo. However, because the Kobo lacks search and jump to page functionaility for PDFs, I ended up using the Standard Edition of Adoble Acrobat to break the up the Reference Rulebook into multiple PDF files -- one for each rules section (each only 1 to 4 pages in length). This has worked out very nicely and I can now very quickly go to whatever rules section I desire.

I have a copy on my phone, an Evo, and while it's readable, I am not sure I'd recommend it. Reading it through the the pdf reader app I have (adobe reader) is fine, but you cant search the doc, and the pages dont really fit in either portrait or landscape.
