Would love to see an avatar for the U.S.S. Charleston (New Command Cruiser : NCC-1668).

Hmm... would it also be possible to have the same ship (New Command Cruiser) as the USS London NCC1655 as well please?

Create what you want to use, send it to Eric, he will add it in so you can use it ---

Or create what you want to use and upload it to your own profile yourself.

I don't think I have an image of the Fed NCC. And I certainly have no talent whatsoever for computer-generated imagery. It's only simple if you have the gift for it!

Hmmm...well, your options may be limited then.

Here's some ideas though:

1. Ask SVC or Adam Turner for permission to use one of Adam's images from his photobucket account.

2. Ask Eric for an original icon, since he already has all the files available to him.

3. Try your best to use an existing icon from the choices ADB offers us, and try to teach yourself the graphics program your computer comes with.

4. A combination of 2 and 3, as someone has stated previously in this topic. I believe the term was "hack."

5. Have me make an original icon for you. It'll cost you though, as I need to make an honest living - don't worry, my prices will be fair!

That last option goes for anyone interested in my icon work. As long as it doesn't go against ADB's IP or conflicts with their copyright or Paramounts granted permissions, SVC probably won't have a problem with it. I will contact him first on all accounts though, just to be sure.

It will take longer to draw any sort of orthographic image of a starship, unless I was given permission to use Adam's existing orthos. Icons without ships are much quicker; I'm thinking racial emblems here. For some examples of previous work I've done for ADB, please go here:

Steve, if this is counter-productive for you, please contact me and I will retract this offer. No worries!

Well here's my hack. Not the greatest but I guess it'll do until I can find a better CL image to use, and maybe a better editor.

[Edit: As you can see, there's been another hack since then  ]

I like it!

If you see one of the ones I did but want a different ship name, it would take me about a minute to do it for you and send it to Eric. Now, Eric doesn't work every day, and some of the days he does work he misses taking care of his mother (who is ill), but he gets there eventually.

Thanks guys. I need to do one for the CF Wolverine one of these days, when I find a good image to steal er I mean use.

[Edit: Done! Thanks to Vanguard for permission to use his awesome CF drawing.]

Is this Avatar I made up O.K. to use? Put it together from the ADB web-store pictures. Thanks.

Hah! That's pretty cool. I doubt there would be problems with it (other than for the Fed captain, that is).

Lol.

I am beyond hate. Hate is not logical.

And I never said I specifically played the Feds anyways. But if that CA is really Enterprise and Kirk is really on that bridge, those D7's had better run.
