Federation Commander

The first volume of the Gurps Spaceships PDF series is out now. Has anyone at ADB had a chance to look at it and see whether it includes enough rules to convert SFU ships to Gurps or if such conversion must wait for later volumes?

The Gurps book also gives guidelines for how to use SFB for ship combat they should apply the same way to Federation Commander. Of course if you have a figher pilot PC then Federation Commander won't work.

Probably left stuff out for the same reason some of the profesional templates got left out of GPD when they updated to the fourth editon rules. Space and money. Increasing the page count means greater printing cost, so they have to leave stuff out or raise the books price.
Mind you I hope the stuff ...

I noticed that in the Helmsman profesional certification requirments it lists the skill Piloting (Aerospace). But the skills list includes a Piloting (Starship) skill.
