Very nicely done!

The Demos that I have run have been limited to Romulan or Klingon Vs. Federation. 2 KR & 2 KF5R or 2 D5 & 2 F5 Vs. 2 NCL & 2 FF. Points are very close and I figure the hull shapes are very well recognized to the general public.

Last weekend my friend and I were trying these rules out and really like them. My question is, I was wondering if there is any place where all the required charts are on 1 page? If so that would be a great time saver.

I would have to say the War Eagle and it's arch enemy the Federation Old CL.

Any thoughts on production of a FRD?

Sorry to hear that the Tholians do not sell so well. After the Romulans, they are my favorites.

For Starline 2400: Klingon G2, Gorn Police Frigate, Federation A-10 & F-14 fighters. Gorn carriers if the model would be different from the original types converted from. Same for Tholian, I would think that they would differ as the fighter bays are supposed to be external.
