So do you put the pic in a public or private folder? Do you select IMG or URL in the front? What about editing the size of the pic since the original is 4 or 5 megs?

Actually not a clue

Nope. Managed to isolate the work to just the areas that needed some filing without wrecking the paint job around it. The finish was just done with a paint brush, playing around with the two colours I used to make it look like nothing was done.
