So the DN is going to be metal?

I like it. I also like the flanges and knobs where the nacelle pylons attach, makes it so much easier to epoxy... I have all but given up on the Klingon cruisers' warp nacelles, so annoying!

BTW - It's easy to find "what ship is in what product" info like that in the Master Ship Chart, which is in the Commander's Circle, along with a lot of other good stuff.
Thanks! I hadn't noticed that.

Orion OK6--where in the rules is it?

Hi--I just got a Starline 2500 OK6 in a box of replacement models from Mongoose.

Where are the rules for it? Or even just the card--I'm not planning on being a big Orions player, but I already have a half-Klingon(drab and dark)/half-Orion (garish) paint job in mind for it.

I'm pretty sure I have ...

Starline 2500 Border Boxes?

Apologies if this duplicates an earlier thread--if so I did not see it.

I've gotten some crap models from the 2500 series (Klingon cruisers and the Kzinti HBC, especially), but I got a nice email from the Head Mongoose himself promising replacements, so I'm still willing to be won over.

However ...

IF Mongoose resolves this I will order my Gorn Fleet from ADB--even the $50 premium (over a discounter on eBay) is worth getting a perfect (ish) set the first time. :)

Mongoose has been doing pretty good about making-good on issues. I much prefer not having issues in the first place.

I could not agree more since I am in NZ and shipping stuff back to the States because somebody didn't think I'd notice horrific miscastings is pretty tiresome.

Do you think I'd ...

I just received both Romulan and Klingon squad boxes and am really not impressed with the level of QC--the Rom. DN's nacelle points are so screwed up they'll never be right unless I remove the down to the bulb and smooth it, and my Klingon DN is even worse than that one above. The War Eagle, while ...

Thanks; it's as I suspected. If worse comes to worst I know wargamers here, may of whom would probably consider FC as inexpensive compared to what they're already playing. :)

FC in Auckland

I know this is a longshot, but I am looking for 'opponents' here in Auckland, yes, the one in New Zealand. In the meantime I'm going to have to start training gamers I already know...
