I would modify one of my lovely orion ships either the LR or DR.

How? More shielding on the rear, less on front.

Why? For 2 reasons

1. If you take drones(o,m) in ships fitted with 360 phs. Then you can have more firepower out of the rear than front!

2. I do, believe it or not, spend a lot ...

Any chance of a change to suicide shuttle rules?

Here are my two ideas.

1. Increase Shuttle speed to base 16, the trade off being each point of power only does 1 point damage instead of 3. :shock:

2. Or give the Suicide a free turn(facing change) on impulse 3. This will stop the Zimdars Dipsy ...

An unofficial ceasefire has broken out! My opponents must have either seen through my cunning coiled spring tactic.. Or the Andros must be attacking them, either way victory to me !!!!!

I like the idea of staying at range and blowing the BS up.

I would think Orions would be a better option. :shock: Launch all drones over turn brake, then follow in to range 15. Then circle the base firing drones and phasers. Ensure you turn to get all phasers to bear and if hit just circle the ...

Have read the Errata, unless I have missed something. The the two bases appear to have some Stats/skills the wrong way round.

Well, this evenings match did not turn out well for the alliance. If Storeylf does win this campaign, I think we might need to discuss handicapping him (No, not with a Hammer! :shock: )

I think the fairest ways are

1. I get a free moniter, Targ gets a free Light moniter

2. I get extra 10points a ...

There still a BATS to kill! If Storeylf seriously thinks he can lauch 12 plasma S at range 16 and not lose a ship or ships. (He is living in another universive!)

I had thought as much! (I'm not grasping at straws honest ). I was just thinking of the game we played with fighers(but they are direct fire).

Which state that no more than three ships can fire out of a single hex side at same target. Is this just direct fire or include launchs?

Its certtainly been an intersting game so far. Still have fair amount of drone capacity. I must say that the ISC is current leading, but I have a turn to do more damage to him, before his PPDs reload.

I like pinecone idea of "cops and robbers/raiders". I would like to see an orion police ship (o.k an enforcer then ). As I am sure all cartels would field a leader varient to collect there dues/fees.

Although things are not looking good for the Alliance. The Federation diplomatic corp have pulled off a major coup! The Orions, distressed at the ISC and coalition lack of "Free Trade" have promised to send some ships to help the Alliance! :D :D (Just hope its not 2 free traitors! :cry:
