Krellex,

This looks really nice. We are thinking about doing it here locally in STL. Can you share the map that you guys use?

TN AAR

Here is my AAR for my second game of the day. My first one was a spanking handed to me from the esteemed Mr. Mike Curtis. This one was against Tony (ScoutDad) and had a slightly better result. ;)

This was a pretty interesting game and one that I am pretty happy about (in that it I didn’t make any ...

Warhammer wrote:*sigh* I wish we had a better group in Memphis. I have plenty of people to play with, but not enough to make a trek and make a day of it like this.
Memphis is much closer to STL than Murfreesboro. :D

Re: The Map Floats on the Gorn Ship sir.

No, the scenario says the map floats around the place the Gorn ship started . It's a fixed floating map.

8B102b - [2nd & 3rd sentence] The map is a "location map"; it can float within 50 hexes of the Gorn ship (or the hex it is destroyed in). Any ship leaving the map has left the scenario and is ...

The Map Floats on the Gorn Ship sir.

The map floats on the Gorn ship making it possible for the Gorn ship to avoid being cornered.

There are also REPAIR boxes on the SEL BW. Some look like they should be CARGO, while others look like they should be LAB.

Should I assume that that (the REPAIR = CARGO & LAB) is the case?

...and OMG is this a silly ship! ;)

I will post a photo this evening when I get home. Its basically a way of tracking activities during a game. Its made of wood and you have pegs which you stick into holes in order to track turns, impulses, sub-pulses and such.

Often during a game my group gets caught up in a discussion we lose ...

As a side note, Joe and I played this one a couple of days ago and it was quite good.

I lost as the Fed CL, but I think its still fairly well balanced and would happily play either side again.

Yep, shame on me. I missed that one and that explains it.

(8C22) Die BEM, Die! - Question

(8C22) Die BEM, Die!
Question

The Hydran LN sets up in the middle of the map, facing B, with the Fed CL 20 hexes away in direction B, facing E (they are pointing at each other).

I quote from the Victory conditions “The Fed Player loses if the ‘Prayer for Salvation’ warns the expedition, or ...

(8CM40) Four Hawks 1: The Ophiunia Raid

After Action Report

My opponent (Joe, or YJ) and I are fairly new to FC, and very new to the Hydrans. I had recently bought up all the Hydran ship modules and boosters and was eager to try them out. Between us we have probably 20 FTF games of FC in and none ...

FC in St Louis MO

FC has recently taken root in the STL metro area. We have about half a dozen players and are playing several times a month.

Please let me know if you are interested in taking part, or interested in learning FC. We've taught several new players and re-introduced FC to some old SFB Vets.

We are ...
