Yes.
All of the Starline 2500 minis will have the 2-inch bases.
I'll probably be replacing those with 1-inch bases on my smaller stuff though (Frigates, destroyers, and maybe CWs/Cls). Doesn't really matter in that respect as ranges are measured from stand peg to stand peg.

Tangential question concerning Booster 91, if I may - I remember seeing it somewhere, but I can't actually find source. What product, if any, actually has the counters for the FJ ships in it?

I've done the same thing as Scoutdad for some of my wobblier ships - stick the regular base to a Battletech hex with a bit of filler in the hollow. Had to go back and paint the extended bases, but if it keeps a front-heavy BC from nosediving on the table, I'll take it. Probably going to do the same ...
