Download and complete this form, then Email it to design@starfleetgames.com or post it in the Demo Ranger Topic.
Check back until get you get a confirming Email or one asking for more information. Demo must be approved by ADB, Inc.
Feel free to include other information you feel is important even if there is no obvious place to include it.
Submit form by Email as text. Do not attach to Email, just paste into message blank.
Consult the Ranger Demonstration Team procedure document for details; it will answer most of your questions.

        Does the store carry the product you are demonstrating?

        If a "game club", describe number of members (provide a list of regular attendees and indicate
        those who do not play the game being demonstrated), frequency of meetings, location of meetings, name
        and phone number of the club president or director, and any other data you think we may ask for.

        If a convention, provide the name of the convention, the name and phone number of the convention
        manager or the division coordinator who has supervision over the event, and note if the convention has
        other events for the product being demonstrated or for other ADB, Inc. products.

        If the location is some other venue, describe it in detail, explain why it would be a good venue for
such a demonstration, and check back with us for more questions we will need to ask.
