Our group recently played the Ceasefire Collapse scenario, but with an alternate mix of ships. We played with Middle Years ships with the following sides:
Side A: 2 Federation CA & 2 Kzinti CA
Side B: 2 Klingon D7 & 2 Lyran CA
Turns 1-2: The Federation and Klingon ships rolled best and started moving first.
They were the first ships to engage with the result being 1 heavily damaged Klingon D7 and 1 Federation CA with moderate internal damage.
Turns 2-3: The Kzinti and Lyrans closed; this ended with one destroyed Lyran CA and one Kzinti CA with minor to moderate internal damage.
The scenario ended after Turn 3 with 1 destroyed Klingon D7, 1 destroyed Lyran CA, 1 crippled Federation CA and 1 moderately damaged Kzinti CA. Both sides rescued their ambassadors. So a moderate victory for the Feds/Kzinti.

Attempting to post a couple more pictures. Yesterday the BBS or my picture hosting site refused to display more than 5 pictures.

Nice miniatures. Our group played that scenario recently as we brought in a new player who had played FC before, but never with miniatures. I think we got him hooked. _________________ Damn, these dice are cold! |
