|
|
Please can someone tell me how to switch HTML on in my preferences, so I can use it in my signature? I have 'Always allow HTML' checked, but hte bit for my signature has 'HTML Off, BB Code On and Smilies On, and I can't change any of them. I want to include my medal graphic in the signature like terroc does!
Thanks! _________________

I'm fairly sure Terry does the same thing I do, which is use the php mark-up tags to include them, rather than html. Treat it no different than if you were going to include an image in the body of a post:
e.g. mine
is written as
[img]blahblahlink-pathblahblah[/img]
in the "Signature" field of the profile panel. _________________

Yes, I just used the image tags. The actual jpg is hosted on Photobucket. _________________ "Captain" Terry O'Carroll, fourteen papers published including six best of issue

Gentlemen, this is just a reminder that you should not display ribbons or awards that you did not earn. We ask that you not use our medals and campaign ribbons as avatars or sigs here or elsewhere unless ADB, Inc. awarded them.
The company takes these awards very seriously. Terry, Tony, and Will worked hard for theirs (as does everyone who earns one).
Thanks in advance for your attention to protocol.
