Am trying to find in which product I can get a ship card for the Seahawk frigate, if it exists yet for FC?

The SeaHawk is in Orion Attack (since it's the Romulan police ship too).

The SeaHawk is also available for download in the Commander's Circle.

That Seahawk FF is a great little ship. I used it in a frigate free-for-all against frigates from every empire and came out tied for first place.

The poor Gorn didn't have much of a chance...

The Kzinti even less...
