Should have posted this a long time ago.
This is my custom-printed case for my phone.
Yes, my geek-dom knows no bounds. I needed a case, custom-printed was only a few bucks more and I figured why not have a one-of-a-kind that I drew myself of one of my favorite things? _________________

Wow, you weren't kidding about "knows no bounds". That's beyond geeky. That's got to be the nerdiest thing I've ever seen. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Why are there no identifiers on the ship?
No NCC numbers...
No name...
No war circles...
I'm very disappointed in you, Will.
You march right back into your workroom and do not come out until you feel suitably chastised. I'd say 5 painted starships should make for an appropriate atonement.

I'm surprised SVC hasn't asked for a Klingon one for his phone. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Well, Just guessing, but it most likely have to be made for a flip phone. (BTW, I'd like a KillerHawk for my flip phone. |

Why would anyone think I use a flip phone? I have carried a smart phone for five years at least. And the phone before this one wasn't a flip phone so at least a decade since I had one.
Every time I pull it out of the belt pouch to answer it and accidentally hit the hang up button I WISH it were a flip phone, but it's not. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander

My mistake. And the accidental hang ups is one of the many reasons I went back to a flip phone. |

Well, I still have a flip-phone. It does have a camera in it, but I have no way to get the photos off it. I can do text, but I have that blocked at the carrier. I just bought a new battery for it, so I should be good for another five-plus years before I'm forced to "upgrade". _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Gotta go with Will on this one. I don't have a cell phone, per se. I have a pocket computer that can make phone calls on the off-chance that is needed. I use an iPhone, rather than Android, but the point is the same. _________________

I have a friend that works on film scripts on his (using a bluetooth keyboard).
They really are a computer in your pocket.
The little kid that still lives in me (who started on a TRS-80 Model I clone that my Dad designed and built from scratch in 1978) still marvels at how much computing power I'm toting around and at how little "work" I actually do on it _________________

Until I find one that can do CAD work, especially one that will run Floor Plan Plus v2, I'll stick to a real computer, thank you very much. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

While we can likely keep this going for a while, we have wandered far off topic. Let's table the phone talk and get back to the art. _________________
