Today's ship is one I am particularly fond of, since I also sculpted the metal Starline 2400 version. The wartime Klingon F5W war destroyer is the F-5 frigate's broad-shouldered big brother, the true destroyer class ship the Klingons had lacked for so long.

Today's "ship" is the tree of 6 Klingon G-1 PF/gunboats.

Today's "ship" is the comb of 6 Klingon Z-Y fighters. I particularly enjoyed building the model for these. The cockpit was a challenge, but I was glad I finally captured the distinctive Klingon-esque "scowl" with the upper edges of the canopy.

Today's ship was my first Romulan for Shapeways, the SkyHawk-L destroyer leader.

A picture for today - Be they ever so humble, every ship needs a home, in this case a tree of 12 stands. The stand is also sold as a single.

Back to real ships, this time the ADB-version of the Federation scout.

The ship for today is the less-adorned, original-flavor, Franz Joseph scout.

Today's ship is the dangerous Klingon D-7 battlecruiser, shown here in the D7K fully refitted version, with "Aztec" hull plating.

Today's ship is the little, but loud, Klingon F-6 "frignaut" battle frigate.

To be honest, I don't care for the forward-lean of the center engine. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Just my opinion, but I bet shuttle pilots are grateful for that forward swooping pylon. |

Love the entire F-5/F-6 series you have done and are on Shapeways now - all are just superb little gems |

Not much can be done about the center engine. If the strut didn't sweep forward, then that engine wouldn't be even with the other two (which would be even less appealing). _________________
