Romulans PD20M is out on DriveThru RPG.

http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/102531/Romulans-PD20-Modern

Newly updated for Prime Directive PD20M, this module has everything you ever wanted to know about those distant cousins of the Vulcans. The royal family, the role of the praetor, the great houses and how they wheel and deal in the back hallways of the palace, the role of the Intendance Department, intelligence services and praetorian teams, colony planets, the previously-unknown suppressed races along the galactic rim, the development of the cloaking device, and much more

You will need a d20 modern core rulebook to use this book. You don't absolutely need a PD20 Prime Directive Modern Core Rulebook, but some of the material won't make much sense without it.

New on e23: Prime Directive (the original one, known by some as PD1).

http://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=ADB5801

If your RPG group is up for something different in the way of a gaming system, here it is! We will be adding the supporting materials over the next few months.

The original Prime Directive core rulebook, sometimes called PD1, let you roleplay in the Star Fleet Universe. Using its own game engine, you could be a member of a Prime Team, the elite of the Star Fleet Operations Corps. This core rulebook codified the many species found in the Star Fleet Universe, listed equipment which can be adapted to most gaming systems, has adventures to run, and includes the Black Eagles Prime Team stationed on the Saratoga. If you are up for a different, well-tested game system, try this!

Do you shop at Drive Thru RPG? If so, then you might like to know that Prime Directive (the original version) is up: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/104838/PD-One%3A-Prime-Directive-Core-Book-1993

This predates me -- Timothy Olsen and Mark Costello are the game designers and many, many people playtested it. If you know some of them, please let them know it is out in an e-version on DTRPG and on e23.

Prime Directive fans, here's another long out-of-print book to add to your e-collection. The Federation Sourcebook is chock full of history and information about this popular empire.

http://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=ADB5811

The original Prime Directive (called Prime Directive One by some) expanded its horizons with this sourcebook. New character types, new skills, more equipment, new species, and lots of information, especially about the Vulcans and their psionic skills and disciplines. There's even a rundown of the important crew members aboard the USS Agincourt in Y172. You will need a copy of the Prime Directive Rulebook if you want to play the game, but there's lots to be learned about the Star Fleet Universe by simply browsing.

Uprising! is now available on e23. Do you need an RPG fix? How about an adventure from the original Prime Directive? Uprising! is a multi-layered adventure and introduced the Prellarians. This module has been out of print for years, but you can now have it through e23.

The module also included the first glimpse of the Orion Skimmers -- Orions who are living on the edge of society, but not part of any pirate cartel. Can your Prime Team survive on Debrock, let alone accomplish your mission where all is not as it seems?

Here's a question...Is the background the same in all the various derivations of the Prime Directive books? For example, there is the original Prime Directive Federation book and there are Federation books for Gurps and, I think, another platform. Would the background info be the same in all those books?

Short answer: Yes.

The PD1 material is more than a decade older than the current activley developed material and has not keept up. Probably best to consider PD1 as a source material for PD GRUPS, D20, D20M and the likes. The current lines have added more background, but are based off of PD1.

The original PD has adventures that have NOT been ported over to any other system.

With the release of Graduation Exercise on e23, the original Prime Directive books are once again all available. Check it out here: http://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=ADB5802

"Two trails diverged in a yellowy green jungle and I took the one less traveled by. That has made all the difference ... as I am now completely lost!"

Graduation Exercise supplements PD One, the original RPG from ADB. It includes everything you need to create a trifold screen for the gamemaster. It also has an adventure suitable for beginning prime teams (and sample characters) -- after all, it is their graduation exercise!

Prime Directive One: Uprising! is now on DriveThru RPG:

http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/120965/PD-One-Uprising

It is also on e23: http://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=ADB5806

The original Prime Directive (called Prime Directive One by some) added an exciting adventure with this module. Not only did it introduce a new Federation Associate Member species -- Prellarians -- but it also included the first glimpse of the Orion Skimmers -- Orions who are living on the edge of society, but not part of any pirate cartel. Can your Prime Team survive on Debrock, let alone accomplish your mission where all is not as it seems?

Can your prime team handle a kidnapping on Debrock and manage the cultural intricacies of the intelligent, frog-like amphibians who inhabit it?

Klingon G1 Gunboat Deck Plans Now Available from Multiple Sources

Handy as a pickup truck;
Tough as a mule.
Get your G1 gunboat here!
-- Used Gunboat Advertisement

The Klingon G1 gunboat is a workhorse of the Deep Space Fleet. Once used during the General War as a patrol ship, it was sold by the thousands after the war. Stripped of its weapons, it was used for surveying, asteroid mining, and planetary prospecting.

The standard G1 is shown in six 11"x17"sheets (3 for each deck), as is the U1 work boat. Two additional sheets provide the upper and lower decks for the G1L hull extensions. The book also includes full-color crewmen (27 of them). All deck plan sheets come both with 1-meter hexes and 1.5-meter squares.

While designed for GURPS Traveller and compatible with Prime Directive RPGs, these deck plans are usable for most hex or square-based RPGs.
