I've finished up with all the Starline 2200/2400 miniatures that I have and currently I'm doing some 40k marines plus some Firestorm Armada ships. Also have an old dragon (Vasmillion the Vile; RAFM) in the garage that is on my list to paint once the current stuff is done.
What do you like to paint when not doing the Starline figs? I have the Bones kickstarter stuff coming eventually and that'll keep me busy for a while....240 miniatures plus half a dozen dragons. |

I've almost finsihed painting my Talisman miniatures. Only have Bloodmoon and City to go.
After that, the Judge Dredd minis will work their way into the queue. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

I have a lot of OGRE/G.E.V. minis that deserve more attention, along with some D&D minis.
I also got a giant batch of stuff from supporting the Sedition Wars: Battle for Alabaster Kickstarter and those are begging to see paint.
But really, what draws my time the most lately (besides Tenneshington Decals) is my giant 1/350 scale model kit of the classic U.S.S. Enterprise with the full lighting kit and photoetched brass detailing. I'll be working on that thing for months, but it will be the centerpiece of my collection when it's done. _________________

I have a bunch of GHQ and Langton 1:1200 wooden ship minis that I have collected over the years. I haven't done any in a while, but besides the Starline minis, those would be my next choice. _________________ Let's get DANGEROUS!

Yep, I've got close to 90 of these, mostly thanks to one particularly amazing ebay deal a while back. The vast majority are still unpainted, but I've been slowly assembling viable squadrons.
Using them for Close Action. Or as we like to call it: "SFB on the water."

On that note...we're going to remodel 2 bathrooms and a bedroom this year and I'll be doing a lot of the work myself. House being painted is also on the list but that I'll have someone do for me. |

Thanks. I think I'm getting better with each one, but I'm still pretty minimalist and practical (I'm much more of a gamer than a modeler).
Other people create works of art from these -- more so than I think you see in any other genre of vehicular/vessel-type minis.
For example, my personal favorite, James White, whose minis really belong in museums:

I build all sorts of models when not putting together minis, some commission, some just for myself.

I'm doing some 15mm World War 2 Canadians for Blitzkrieg Commander, an FSA force for Dystopian Wars, 1/2400 scale World War 2 British and German fleets for Victory at Sea and a force of Brit-Cit Judges for Judge Dredd. Plus anything else that catches my eye. _________________ The Rowan
