Does anyone know what ships are included in the Star Fleet Battles Federation Fleet Box #2 ? I found one for sale online with no picture or description, and I don't see it listed on the SFU site. _________________ Damn, these dice are cold! |

Fleet Box #2 is the Zocchi plastic ships of the Franz Joseph designs, isn't it?
DN, CA DD, SC, Tug and Pod. _________________ --

I don't know. Those ships are all in FC squadron box 91, so if you're correct it may be that SFB Fed fleet box 2 was discontinued? Anyone know for sure? _________________ Damn, these dice are cold! |

IIRC, At one point there was a shortage of one or more of the minis, and Fleet Boxes couldn't be compiled ---
Then there was another casting of the minis (whether that was before or after Sqd Box 91 was done I don't recall) ---
Don't believe anyone would see a need for the Fleet Box anymore with the Sqd Box being the same --- |

Yes, we just discontinued the fleet box and went with the squadron box with the same ships. The squadron box has a higher cost because that run was 20 years after the previous run and cost twice as much. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander

Thanks for saving me some buyers remorse. I love my Zocchi's, but don't need any more right now. _________________ Damn, these dice are cold! |
