Heard a lot of good possibilities here. Police or Dreadnought, Survey Ship or Battleship. All good choice but if I could only have one ship ANNNND it was in working order. I would have to say I want THOLIA. I mean come on its a Dyson Sphere it could literally have it all. Quite serene places and a Nude Beach the size of Australia!!! What more could a guy ask for? _________________ -Dal

Juggernauts Beta and Gamma might want to have a word with you on that one.
Oh, and those of you picking a GSC - why not a GSX instead? _________________ FC Omega Discussion (v3)

Dang it, Gary!
I can always count on you to bring me back down to Earth!
OK, I correct my statement thusly;

I've always thought the Orion MR would be cool as a real ship. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Huh... wadda you know about that. I would have bet a small fortune that you'd have wanted the "Hand of Justice", 'cause that would have been my second choice.
PM incoming, also. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

In FC, you might as well go for the BR and be done with it.
However, in SFB, the MR provides some very significant advantages, and is a tremendously useful pirate ship. I believe SPP has said that it is the best ship for an independent Orion operator to use. _________________

Well, you'll fly it till you die, so while you're living there will be only one.
Rethinking, Yeah, the Prime trader would be my choice. Comfy, personalized, and able to beat the antidiestablishmentaryinism out of, well, Free Traders... |

I don't know why, but the BR just never "did it" for me. I think the MR is so much cooler looking. True, it's not that great of a ship in combat, but I think it's just the right size to go exploring the universe in. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Lately for some reason the NCF has been looking good to me, although I have been thinking more about flagships. _________________ "His pattern indicates two-dimensional thinking."

Oooh yes, a C7 would be very nice.
But if it had to be one ship for me, mine would be the F5. There's just something about it. . . it's such a regular ship that it has chutzpah. |

Well, I suppose I may as well have some use...
Oh, and I'd probably ask for an X-tech version of an ISC SR, or failing that take a Fed GSX. Omega Octant and/or Magellanic Cloud(s), here I come! _________________ FC Omega Discussion (v3)

Yep. That would have been my next choice. _________________

I'd like to have a ship that is capable of being piloted by 1 person, whose engines are self repairing and which could hold passengers up to 25 if need be..
anyone have any ideas on a ship like that? _________________ Live Long, Prosper, and Party! |
