That's the old CVA, except on the ADB art and mini the engines were over-sized. They're only slightly longer, but much bigger around and just kind of "stockier" overall. Yours looks to be stock engines (like on the CA).
The new CVA/SCS is a severe modification of the three-nacelle Improved-Dreadnought (DNG). _________________

It's an Entente variant? Hmm... I've got a SCS done, the Mars, but I wouldn't call it an Entente variant. :S
As for the Nap, the engines are actually the right length, but not as bulbous. That was actually deliberate, after going back and forth with some other folks (such as Nerroth) on how the ship would look like with more current design philosophies.

It's your art, so do as you wish. The CVo doesn't exist in the game anymore and is what it is/was.
BTW - The Mars is one of the names on the BB Battleship class. _________________

Vanguard,
Love the art work. I do have a minor problem with the Police Cutter, tho. The "bridge" should be oval, not round. It's not really the bridge itself, just the dome ceiling over the bridge. The forward hull is only three decks thick (per my discussions with SVC), so the "bridge" bubble isn't big enough to stand up in (based on the mini & SVC's clip-art). Ergo, there shouldn't be a turbolift bubble behind the "bridge".
Also, the third warp engine needs to be shifted back a little .... it's blocking the drone hatch.

I thought the markings forward were the drone hatches? Ah well, I altered both the police vessels, so just refresh. Other than moving the warp engine back, I changed everything to match your recommendations. |

The two little cirles on the top of the aft hull, right near the forward edge, are the Ph-3s (Phaser Type-3) that were added as a refit in Year-175. The grey rectangle just aft of those (hidden by the third engine) is the drone hatch.
That placement is giving me fits with the deck plans. I've started over (again), but you can see the basic idea here:

As you can see, the shuttle bay is in the way of the PH-3s / Drone rack. I have ideas how to get around that, but none of them are pretty. Then again, the ship itself isn't all that pretty to begin with. _________________ Garth L. Getgen

Did you want to match the mini kit-bashing description from the Captains Log article? If so, the neck and tow-pad need to be tweaked. _________________

Eventually when I do the full art... I should have that article someplace. Right now I'm still in 'get this stuff organized' mode, so my focus is getting the samples up, and making sure I'm more or less 'complete' for the LFS project. |

Nimitz Class (CVS)
Had this one already, but tweaked it to streamline the secondary hull a bit.
