I have some Laser Decal paper and need to print some ship names for the Federation ships.

Anyone have any hints on Font size to use or helpful tips?

I believe the font is eurostile or Microgramm ...

thanks, but I should have mentioned that I am in the UK. With postage, etc it is much cheaper and easier to buy from Mongoose.
