In Reinforcements One.
The ship profile (page 19) lists it as 130, but the fleet list (pg 1 has it at 135. |

The line for the Klingon Doomslayer-class command cruiser (page 26) ends with: 200 points Book 1 (Error!)

If you've never played before, you should buy the Basic Set, and probably stop there until you decide you enjoy the game- there's a lot of play just from a basic set, so one needn't rush.
