SFU events and activities:

Origins 2004: 6 members of BGM attended. We participated in Federation and Empire, by
playing as the Coalition on the Gale Force scenario. Joe W. Butler also served as SFB judge
during the SFB Gold Hat tournament.
August 2004: BGM officially began playtesting Federation Commander.
 
Origins 2005: 4 members of BGM attended. We participated in F&E and SFB events.
 
November 11, 2005: Demoed Federation Commander: Klingon Border at Grand Adventures Games
and Comic, Murfreesboro TN.
 
January 21, 2006: Demoed Federation Commander: Klingon Border at The Game Keep, Nashville
TN.
 
Origins 2006: Attended by 5 members of Battlegroup Murfreesboro. We participated in F&E and
a variety of SFB and FC events.
 
Fall of 2006: Began OPL meeting at Grand Adventures every third Saturday to play Federation
Commander.
 
Origins 2007: Attended by 5 members of BGM. We participated in F&E and a variety of SFB andFC events.

 
Origins 2008: Attended by 6 members of BGM. We participated in F&E and a variety of SFB and
FC events.
 
September 1, 2008: Steve Cole stopped by Casa de' Tomas to visit with BGM while we played
the Combat Rally scenario.

Origins 2009: Attended by 4 members of BGM. We participated in F&E and a variety of SFB andFC events.

 
November 14, 2009: Playtested Olivette Roche's scenario Die BEM, Die!
 
August 19, 2010: Several members of the St Louis MO, Federation Commander group trekked to
Murfreesboro. We had 19 people in the Casa de' Tomas war room playing Federation Commander.
All at the same time!!!

Origins 2010: Attended by 4 members of BGM. We participated in F&E and a variety of SFB and
FC events, as well as the TerrorWerks live action combat game.
 
Fall of 2010: Began moderating Fed Comm: PBEM event - Escalation!
 
Fall 2010, Spring 2011: Playtested Federation Commander: War and Peace.
Spring 2011: Playtested Federation and Empire: ISC War.
 
March 19th, 2011: Demoed Star Fleet Battle Force at Roll the Dice Games, Murfreesboro TN.
 
June 23rd, 2011: Attended Origins convention, participated in SFB, FC, F&E, Starmada, SFBF
events, and playted TerrorWerks live-action combat game.
 
Upcoming events:
We meet one Saturday a month for OPL games.
We continue to play Federation and Empire on a regular basis.
Playtesting:
We also meet one Saturday or Sunday a month in the Casa de' Tomas war room for playtesting. We are currently testing Module E4 (The Peladine] for SFB, Star Fleet Marines, and are writing more new scenarios for Federation Commander.
Demonstrations:
There are scheduled demos of SFBF at two local CCG vendors locations, an upcoming demo of
Federation Commander at Roll the Dice Games, Murfreesboro TN, and we are working to get a
local Prime Directive campaign started.
Ongoing SFU activities:
Our members are active participants on both the Star Fleet Universe BBS and the php-based
Federation Commander forum [look for us as scoutdad, SFU_Fear, the Burl, and hofnerss].
Mike Curtis serves as the Fed and Empire answer guy, Scott Burleson is working on the
developemnt of Federation Commander Online, and Tony l. Thomas is one of the Prime
Directive staff members and miniature sculptor.
